I made my purchase from afar and it couldn’t have been easier. With the help of staff, I was able to pick a perfect set for my grandchildren moving from California to Charlotte. They were beyond excited to see their personal playground when they arrived! 10/10 highly recommend!
I could never say enough wonderful things about this small family business. They were extremely responsive, competitively priced, fast to install, and the final product (Goalrilla Basketball Goal) is perfect. I highly recommend them for any/all business!
Been wanting to come here for a while because this idea is genius. My two toddlers had an AMAZING time. The place is clean, everything is sturdy, and there are so many different playsets and trampolines to keep their attention. We spent over two hours here and they still weren’t bored. 10/10 recommend!!
We had an absolute blast at Woodplay today! I brought a group of mamas and littles from The CLT Moms Club, and it was the perfect spot for our playdate — safe, clean, and full of fun for all ages. Bonus: I actually purchased my own backyard playset from this location and have loved it ever since. The quality is top-notch and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for both indoor play and outdoor playsets!
We are beyond satisfied with our playset! It is extremely sturdy and delivers in every way expected. From the selection process to the installation, we were in constant communication with the team and knew what to expect every step of the way. We would recommend Woodplay of the Carolinas to anyone who wants a forever play set.
Amazing experience with Woodplay. The team is very helpful and assisted us to customize a playset that fit our space that was located on a slanted wooden area. Fully installed on a Saturday after only a short lead time. Our daughter loves the playset and no doubt will for many years to come!
Very helpful staff and a wonderful location so you can see all of the playsets in person and let your kids experience them firsthand. The buying experience was no pressure and we opted to have Woodplay also install our set. That was money well spent! The install was performed on time and without any issues. We highly recommend Woodplay for your family too!
We just got a Woodplay playground installed this summer. My kids absolutely love it! The quality is superb and the installation was smooth and easy. The employees were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company!
Friendly, no-pressure sales staff. Great prices on quality equipment. We purchased the Springfree trampoline and our daughter has been loving it. The setup was included and went off without a hitch. Whenever we need a new playset, we will be coming back here!
Woodplay is such a fantastic place to purchase kids’ outdoor playsets and trampolines from! We bought their cedar playset when the kids were young, and it was so sturdy and safe. It really looked good in our backyard too. Now, I have two teenagers so we bought Woodplay’s trampoline because it’s the safest style on the market - just to get them out of the house. We have the basketball hoop accessory and it has taken a beating, but is still holding up excellently! Both of these were delivered and installed by Woodplay. I wanted them to install because they do it all the time, and I just wanted to make sure that it was put together correctly. These two products were well worth the money. We will probably purchase a Goalrilla Goal in the near future!
We purchased our playset from Woodplay almost 8 years ago. We have moved since then, and they moved our playset for us and we’ve had them come out and pressure wash and stain and tune up (look over and make sure all bolts are tight etc) a few times, and they have always done a great job. Recently, we had them come out for a deluxe tune up and they discovered a split in one of the frame legs. They said it would be covered under warranty and came out and replaced the part at just a small fee to cover the trip out. We have been very happy with our playset and the great customer service from Woodplay.
From ordering to install 5*s all the way. They were so accommodating with my schedule and the installer did a great job putting it exactly where we wanted it even though the spot was a bit challenging. They even came back the next afternoon to replace a defective part that was discovered on the install. Our kids love their new play set. Glad we chose Woodplay.
Woodplay talked me through the whole process of choosing and then purchasing our Goalrilla basketball goal. There are so many different models and options to choose from and they were so patient in explaining all the differences. They also had the best price - even compared to Amazon! But they still told me that they’d price-match if I found something cheaper online. The installation process was seamless. This is a great local business that I’m happy to support and I’ll be doing business with them for a long time.
Recently purchased a CV-60 Goalrilla basketball goal from Woodplay and could not be happier. The install went exactly as planned and there is zero vibration when shooting. Would recommend this model and Woodplay to anyone interested in a professional quality hoop. Look forward to enjoying this goal for many years!
We have purchased Woodplay sets for our daughter and granddaughter and have had excellent service every time. We still have our original Woodplay set that we purchased almost 25 year ago and our granddaughter plays on it when she visits our house. These sets are built very well to last over time. We love Woodplay!
We had a playset installed in May and couldn’t be happier. The installation process was a breeze and the playset is great. It is very well put together, the wood is high quality and it is beautiful. I love the way it looks in the yard! I absolutely recommend them!
Perfect place to get a springless trampoline for my daughter - very sweet and helpful sales people, no overselling. Prompt and reliable delivery and installation. My little girl loves her trampoline!
This is the most amazing swingset around! Woodplay has amazing customer service and staff too that are willing to help make your playset perfect! My kids absolutely love it, we can’t say enough great things about the company!
We have purchased three times from Woodplay on Lumley. Always such a great customer experience. Easy to test out equipment in showroom. Educated Staff. Timely installs. Couldn’t be happier with our newest purchase, a Springfree trampoline. We are enjoying it very much. Thank you. Recommend to people looking for a trampoline or playset.
A few years ago I would have thought our son would be “over” playing on his playset, but to our surprise (and delight) it’s still a popular hangout spot for him and his friends…at 11 years old! Thanks for helping us keep him a kid for a little bit longer!
As a business owner, I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the amazing job WoodPlay of NC has done for my family. So many times in business, customers only take the time to complain. The experience from the time we walked into you showroom till today has been a pleasure. Your installer was here this morning to install the swing set. I must comment, what a great member of your team. In both cases of the upgrade of the basketball goal, trampoline delivery and swing set today, he was very professional. The swing set turned out great. Thank you again for a job “well done”
We are loving our new playset and the installation guys were fantastic!
The installers are working away and have been wonderful to deal with. They are polite, knowledgeable and hard-working. The set looks great. Thank you so much!
Thanks again for everything, you guys are incredible to work with, the playset is great and we look forward to doing business again in the future.
